Proposed August 3, 2025 Service Changes
In August, GoTriangle will open its NEW Downtown Raleigh bus station (RUS Bus) located adjacent to the existing Raleigh Union Station Rail facility. This new facility will support increased transit service Downtown and allow convenient access to Raleigh Union Station rail service.
Routes CRX and DRX
Routes CRX and DRX will shift their downtown endpoints from GoRaleigh Station to the new RUS Bus facility. The routes will loop on Morgan St., Wilmington St., and Edenton St., downtown, and stop near GoRaleigh station and the state government campus.

Routes 300 and 305
Routes 300 and 305 will be extended in Downtown Raleigh to serve the new RUS Bus facility using Hargett St. The routes will continue to serve downtown and stops near GoRaleigh Station. *Two stops will be eliminated north of Hargett St.

Routes 400, 405 and 420
Route 400 will run every 15 minutes between Downtown Chapel Hill, Patterson Place, Duke/VA, and Downtown Durham on weekdays until 7pm, every 30 min on weekdays until 9pm and on weekends until 7pm, and every 60 min at other times. To make frequent service possible, Route 400 will no longer serve Southwest Durham Dr., University Dr., and South Square. GoDurham Route 10 will continue to serve University Dr. and South Square.
Route 405 will be realigned serve Patterson Place on all trips. It will provide peak-direction service from Carrboro to Durham on weekday mornings and from Durham to Carrboro on weekday afternoons.
Route 420 Service will be restored to approximately every 30 minutes during weekday peak periods. GoTriangle will operate the route.

Toward GoRaleigh Station:
Route 100 will use Hillsborough Street, Morgan Street, West Street and Martin Street.
Toward NCSU and Regional Transit Center:
Route 100 will use Hargett Street, West Street, Morgan Street, and Hillsborough Street.
Additionally, Route 100 will no longer serve six stops on Hillsborough Street to improve on-time performance and to better compliment local GoRaleigh routes, which will continue to serve all existing stops. In total, Route 100 will no longer serve fifteen existing stops and will serve eight new stops.
Route 100 will continue to serve NCSU on Hillsborough Street at Brooks Avenue / Gardner Street and at Enterprise Street. Reducing the number of stops and realigning Route 100 will increase travel speeds, improve on-time performance, and reduce the number of missed transfers.
Route 300 | Brochure
Schedule changes on Weekdays and Saturdays to improve on-time performance. Route 300 will now operate later on weekdays until 10:30pm. Route 300 will no longer stop at Western Boulevard and Ashe Street. It will make new stops at Western Boulevard and Hunt Street, Hillsborough Street at Bashford Road and Hillsborough Street at Wolfwood Drive.
Route 305 | Brochure
Schedule change to improve on-time performance on weekdays.
New hourly service on weekends between Apex and Raleigh on Saturdays from 7am - 9pm and Sundays from 7am - 7pm.
Route 305 will no longer stop on Pine Plaza Drive between Shepherd’s Vineyard Drive and Laura Duncan Road due to limited sight distance at Laura Duncan Road. Route 305 will continue to stop at Shepherd’s Vineyard Drive.
Route 310 | Brochure
Service increases to every 30 minutes on weekdays before 7pm and hourly until 10:30pm. Schedule change to improve on-time performance.
Route 800 | Brochure
Will serve NC 54 between the Streets at Southpoint and Regional Transit Center at all times. It will operate every 30 minutes Monday – Saturday before 7pm and every 60 minutes after 7pm and all day on Sunday. This change will improve on-time performance and access to areas along NC 54. The first weekday trip to UNC Hospitals will leave Regional Transit Center at 5:20am.
Route 805 | Brochure
Will be shortened to serve Southpoint, Woodcroft, and UNC Hospitals. It will operate every 30 minutes from 6am to 7:30pm. Riders may transfer to Route 800 at Southpoint to travel between Woodcroft and Regional Transit Center.
